OUR PROCESS
STEP 1: GET A FREE QUOTE
First, give us a call or feel free to send an email! A member of our team will reach out to discuss your design desires in which will help us later on as we prepare a design to custom fit your home. Keep in mind a photo of your home will be needed to guarantee an accurate quote with absolutely no hidden costs. All quotes include; all materials needed to complete the job, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage for the following season.
STEP 2: INSTALLATION
Second, together we will coordinate a date, as well as, an estimated time of arrival during the quote process in which installation will take place. Our fully licensed and insured crew will always arrive in a timely manner and meticulously hand place each light on your home to perfection with absolutely no mishaps or damages to your home.
STEP 3: MAINTENANCE
Here at DNA we are fully transparent with our customers and always let them know after installation that small problems may occur over the course of the season. Most issues are caused by extreme weather conditions such as high winds and heavy rain. We guarantee to fix any issue at absolutely no cost to our customer 100% of the time. Common issues are faulty light bulbs, faulty timers, fallen decorations, etc.
WE ARE LICENSED AND INSURED
STEP 4: TAKEDOWN & STORAGE
When the season is over our crew will return to start the removal process. While you enjoy time with your family during the holiday season our guys will handle the take down for you. We will then gently pack and store the lights for the upcoming months until the following season. All materials are considered rentals and are owned by DNA.
